Leeden Hercules recognizes the importance of internal management of company and conducts a seminar to educate it’s staff on enhancing management structure, performance, and attitude in today’s competitive business industry. On the morning of March 10, 2024, employees from Leeden Hercules were gather for an internal seminar focused on effective management structure.
The seminar was held at the Panda Hotel in Hong Kong and was organized with the purpose of enhancing Leeden Hercules team morale and creating a positive and motivating work environment. The seminar commenced by Mr. Cheang Fook Sam and Mr. Peter Cheang, Director Executive of Leeden Hercules Sdn Bhd and General Manager of Leeden Hercules, giving an opening address on the precedence of effective job performance within the company. The seminar was covered broad topics on Sales Direction and Sustainable Growth such as the structure of effective management and methods to improve job performance. Additionally, the seminar aimed to highlight how fostering a positive work culture can enhance overall productivity and performance within the team.
The seminar concluded with a discussion panel, providing attendees with the opportunity to delve further into and clarify any queries they had about the topics reviewed. It was well-received by participants, offering valuable insights into the topics covered during the Leeden Hercules Sales Direction and Sustainable Growth Seminar 2024.
