Increasing job performance is among the most theoretically and practically important problems in organizational research. Leeden Hercules conducts a seminar with the purpose of motivating its various teams to meet the company goals.
Held on the afternoon of 20th February 2016 at the Asia Pacific Hotel in the Taipei, Leeden Hercules Job Performance Motivation Seminar 2015 saw a turnout of over 40 Sales and Product Managers, as well as General Managers and Executive Directors, and Leeden Hercules Staff from the various department in the Leeden Hercules Sdn Bhd.
Conducted by Mr Steven Tham, , Mr Kelvin Lee, Mr. Cheang Fook Sam, CEO, COO & General Manager of Leeden Hercules Sdn Bhd, the seminar served as an effective tool in inspiring the organization staffs to work towards achieving the Business Goals and Objectives of the organisation. Shortly after, souvenir from Principals were handed to Mr Cheang Fook Sam and pass to Mr Steven Tham and Mr. Kelvin Lee as a thanks giving for their speech.
Before the seminar drew to a close, a discussion panel was also conducted with the purposes of addressing concerns that attendees had towards the current job performance . Attendees left the restaurant with a better understanding of the job requirement, as they strive towards achieving the goals of the company.
